The Alice flat and the Aronne flat, each measuring 45-40 square metres, are located on the ground floor and allow direct access to the garden. They are adjacent to each other and are ideal for a couple or small families. They can accommodate 2 to 5 persons. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, kettle, Illy coffee machine and satellite TV. In both flats there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The two flats have a double room, in which there is an armchair that converts into a single bed if necessary. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer is present. Heating is autonomous.
