This 35–40 square meter unit is located in a charming mountain chaletbeautifully renovated from a traditional Livigno summer hutand is furnished and equipped in an Alpine style. It features a spacious lawn/garden and a sun terrace with a small table and chairs, deckchairs, and an outdoor storage cabinet for sports equipment. The private entrance includes an automatic electric boot warmer. The comfortable kitchenette area is equipped with a small traditional TV, a table with stools, a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Moka pot, an immersion blender, and various utensils, as well as cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery. There is an anteroom with a washbasin and a full bathroom featuring a shower, an exhaust fan, and a hairdryer.
Bed linen is included in the price.
