Yoga Days
Hotel
Merano / Meran
Merano / Meran and surroundings, South Tyrol
Concentrate on your body, mind and soul at our 4-day yoga workshop – enjoy a moment for yourself and find inner peace during our yoga sessions above the rooftops of Merano.
Respiration is the very soul of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and will be the main theme of our Yoga Days. The daily practice includes a morning session of dynamic Asanas (postures) of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. In the afternoon, the focus is on pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and restorative yoga. This will gradually lead us into deep relaxation. Each day we will alternate between Yin & Yang, experiencing the intensity of the morning practice and the deep relaxation of the afternoon practice.
NEW: Two daily Detox moments thanks to Energy Shots and a special sauna infusion for all the participants.
Course language: Italian, English.
