· On SUNDAY afternoon: together with our chef Annalisa we learn to make organic homemade bread;
· On Sunday evening welcome cocktail in the garden and then candle-light gala dinner. After dinner we will enjoy the crackling fire in the garden.
· On MONDAY: the enogastronomic tour with Nicol:
o 10.30 - 100% organic coffee "Caroma", Fié allo Sciliar;
o 13.00 - lunch à la carte at the winery "Lageder", company of the Year 2013 for its biodynamic wines, Magrè;
o 16.30 - Degustation of organic spirits and apple juice from Val d’Isarco at the "Radoar" farm;
· TUESDAY, before breakfast, your host Nicol will invite you on a hale and hearty walk, along the "Aqua-Cammino" path, to visit the house well "Aqua Bad Cortina". He will tell you a little story about water; and finally you will be able to taste the "living" water coming directly out of the rock;
· On Tuesday, after breakfast: walk with Nicol from Pieve di Marebbe along the meadows, forests and small ways to the "Viles", the typical rural houses, which have been maintained since the 12th century to the present day, unique in their kind in the area of ??the Dolomites;
o Highlight: visit of master of the distillery "Henry Willeit" and degustation of his wonderful products at Vila "Cianoré";
o Lunch (à la carte) in the "RusticArt Restaurant Alla Rosa" in Pieve di Marebbe with specialties of the host David Brandlechner;
· On WEDNESDAY: excursion with Nicol to experience the spirit of the mountains in the nature’s realm of the "Fanes". Excursion destinations: to "Fodara Vedla" alp and "Sas dla Para" peak, located between pines and healthy meadows with an unique panoramic view of Cortina d’Ampezzo and San Vigilio, the queen and the princess of the Dolomites, or to the Fanes with a beautiful " Lé Vert" mountain lake;
· On Wednesday evening the typical local specialities dinner "Cena Ladina"!
· On THURSDAY at lunchtime: barbecue in the house garden with live music and entertainment of local musicians "Pire y Lois"!
o After lunch visit at the farm "Mesavila" with its organic cheese " Ciajó da Pliscia";
· FRIDAY, mountain rambling with house friend Marco, our mountain guide and skiing instructor, to the most beautiful destination of our UNESCO Dolomites!
