Cirmolo wood massage, Tibetan singing bowls, and steam bath rituals help release tension and restore energy, while the FreeDOME wellness centre offers all the space needed to simply let go.

THIS OFFER INCLUDES
-3 nights in our comfortable rooms with a rich sweet and savoury buffet breakfast included;
an afternoon homemade cake snack;
-1 relaxing yoga session together with Giulia to release tension and restore balance to body and mind;
-1 cirmolo wood massage per stay (50 minutes): soothing and enveloping, with mountain herb oils and essential cirmolo oil, to revitalise body, mind and spirit;
-Tibetan singing bowls: 20 minutes of sound harmonisation to rebalance inner energy and sensations;
-1 self-treatment per person with a relaxing scrub in the steam bath;
-1 Vitalis herbal tea and fruit for a moment of shared relaxation as a couple;
-access to the FreeDOME wellness centre with indoor/outdoor heated pool, saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, whirlpool, relaxation areas, herbal tea corner and sun garden;
