Even if autumn doesn't always present itself in sunshine, but sometimes in a gloomy mood, this opens up new perspectives for us. The misty swallows that hang low, the light drizzle that falls before our eyes and the clear air that fills our lungs.
It doesn’t always have to be sunny to experience unforgettable moments!
-Monday: Today, Jochen will show you how grappa is made from marc at the Wezl private distillery. Together with him, you will taste various grappas and add a sweet note to them. Stay tuned!
-Tuesday: The apple harvest has already begun and you now have the opportunity to learn more about this South Tyrolean cultural asset. After the guided tour through the orchards, you will bake "Äpflkiachler" together with farmer Sepp and farmer’s wife Gitti.
-Wednesday: Warm and cosy, what could that be? Sheep’s wool. Experience how sheep are shorn and then jackets and jumpers are made from this wool. You can also try your hand at felting.
-Thursday: Float up to the Hirzer hiking area and be enchanted by the colourful landscape. Recharge your batteries and relax with a cosy stop at the Mahdalm.
-Friday: Wine is also grown here in Val Passiria/Passeiertal. After a guided tour through Michl’s vineyard in Riffian, you can taste the fine wines for yourself.
