The hiking trails around Kasern are almost empty now, the mountain air is crystal clear, and in the evenings it’s well worth looking up at the first stars over the Birnlücke pass. For anyone wishing to experience the peace and nature of the Ahrntal Valley once more, away from the busy season, we still have openings in September and October.
