In der Zahre seint de Bainachn - In Sauris it is Christmas

The magic of Christmas is back in Sauris di Sopra! From 6 to 8 December 2025 the village turns into an enchanted village with ‘In der Zahre seint de Bainachn - A Sauris is Christmas’. Stroll through the village to discover typical products, local crafts and let yourself be enveloped by the scents of cinnamon, spices and mulled wine. On Sunday 7 December at 4.30 p.m., don’t miss the tree lighting ceremony on the Plotze Slope, accompanied by the traditional Star Songs. Creative workshops and children’s animations complete this special celebration in the mountains, and don’t miss the arrival of Father Christmas in the traditional horse-drawn carriage, to the delight of young and old alike! Come and experience an authentic Christmas among tradition, art and nature!
