As tradition goes, Rifugio Capanna Tondi invites you to a special evening to celebrate Ferragosto.
A unique dinner with mountain flavors, stunning views, and the magic of bonfires across the valley.

Jeep ride up and down from Rio Gere

Evening menu:
Fried porcini mushrooms with Piave "Stravecchio" fondue
Carnaroli risotto with sausage, chanterelles, and smoked ricotta cream
Braised pork cheek in Valpolicella wine with soft Storo polenta
Yogurt panna cotta with fresh wild berries

After dinner, we’ll enjoy the traditional bonfires lighting up the valley before descending.
