Harp Concert

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Siorpaes family at Rifugio Averau is organising a tribute to all women and to the Ladin-Ampezzano culinary tradition.

During dinner on Friday, 7 March, at Rifugio Averau, the artist Sonia Dainese will perform a classical harp concert.

The event is part of a broader programme offering a special menu from Monday, 2 March, to Sunday, 8 March, created specifically for this occasion. A highlight of the menu is the "Casunziei," a type of ravioli filled with beetroot, but with an intriguing twist: the dish will be prepared using the same ingredients in reverse order, resulting in a delicate pink colour. Additionally, the "Red Velvet" dessert will be available in pink exclusively for the event.

During the evening, all ladies will receive a complimentary mimosa.

A romantic atmosphere awaits, with gentle melodies, a warm setting, and special dishes.
