An immersive experience where Eastern traditions and energetic practices meet through Mudras, Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, Chakras, crystals, essential oils and meditation. Practices inspired by Hatha Yoga and the traditions of India and Tibet become an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Laura Coletto will lead a guided meditation, accompanied by live music performed by Ampezzo composer Ottavia Barozzi. Sound and silence will come together to create a space for listening, presence and harmony.
