Dolomiti Delicious Trail

Set in the heart of the Dolomites, amidst spectacular scenery and places steeped in history, the Delicious Trail Dolomiti is much more than just a race: it is a unique experience that combines sport, nature and culture.

The main route, approximately 43 km long, starts in Cortina d’Ampezzo and passes through iconic landmarks such as Croda da Lago, Cinque Torri, Monte Nuvolau, Lagazuoi and Passo Falzarego, taking in the evocative open-air museums dedicated to the First World War, including trenches, emplacements and the famous Lagazuoi mine tunnel.

Alongside the flagship route, the Short Delicious Trail (23 km) and the Medium Delicious Trail (35 km, 1,900 m positive difference in altitude) offer trails suitable for different fitness levels, allowing everyone to experience the thrill of mountain running.

But what makes this experience truly special is its food and wine culture: along the route, mountain huts and refreshment points serve up local specialities, transforming the race into a journey of flavour as well as endurance.
