The immersive exhibition “Equipment: From Work Tools to Sporting Dreams” tells the story of the transformation of sledges, snowshoes, and skis: from essential tools of rural and alpine life to symbols of leisure and sport. 35th Dolomites Snow Festival
In February, 30 artists will take part in the 35th International Dolomites Snow Festival.
Barbed wire, saws and shovels are their tools; rubber boots, ear protectors and gloves their most essential equipment – and the weather gods their greatest allies. In February, once again 30 artists from all over the world will compete at the 35th International Dolomites Snow Festival in the South Tyrolean town of Innichen, with the preceding week taking place in St Vigil.
