Fairs and markets in the Italian Alps

Every Friday, from the beginning of May to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". At the church square in Algund, a large variety of specialties from the various regions along the old Roman road "Via Claudia Augusta" will be offered for sale and tasting. There will be offered products like finest wines, homemade syrups, jams and exclusive sausage products from South Tyrolean and much more.

With the Village market the village bridge is transformed into a culinary and artisanal treasure trove and invites you to discover, enjoy and taste. Several producers from the Passeiertal Valley present their exquisite products that make the heart of every market lover beat faster.
