Fairs and markets in the Italian Alps

Every Friday, from the beginning of May to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". This event is all about creative South Tyroleans and their products, which they offer for sale on the Algund church square on 11th May 2025 from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The event is rounded off by typical specialities from farmers and the sounds of South Tyrolean musicians. On 31st May 2025, between 10 am. and 5pm., Algund's church square will be transformed into a pleasure promenade of quality farm products. Farmers from the region offer their homemade delicacies for sale and visitors come into exchange with authentic producers. Musical accompaniment and traditional delicacies from Algund and the surrounding area round off this enjoyable event. Look forward to this enjoyable event in the heart of Algund!
