Every Friday, from the beginning of May to mid-October, farmers from the Sterzing area offer their local quality products at the farmers' market. At the market in the town square of Sterzing, people meet for the weekly purchase of local South Tyrolean products or for a "glass of wine". The Bartholomew Market in Niederrasen is a traditional event held in the local recreation park, featuring a wide array of market stalls. Visitors can look forward to around 30 stands offering everything from handicrafts and antiques to flea market items. Culinary delights will be available to satisfy the taste buds, while live music ensures a lively atmosphere. Children are also catered to with fun activities, including a trampoline.
