Christmas Concert by the Folgaria Folk Band with the ANIMA String Quartet

Once again this year, the Band of the Magnificent Community of Folgaria, conducted by Maestro Luca Pezzedi, presents the traditional end-of-year and New Year concert — an established event in the musical landscape of the Alpe Cimbra.

The 2025–2026 edition features an original and evocative program, where the strength and vitality of the band tradition blend with the refinement and elegance of chamber music. On stage, the Band will perform in dialogue with the ANIMA String Quartet, whose instruments were crafted from the wood of the iconic Avez del Prinzep, a natural and cultural symbol of the region.

This unique project will take the audience on a musical journey through tradition, nature, and collective memory, evoking the forest that has guarded the majestic silver fir for centuries.
