ChocoMoments – Artisan Chocolate Festival

An event that will transform the centre of Folgaria into an open-air workshop, filled with the aromas and flavours of the ‘food of the gods’.

Three days of events! An edition packed with surprises and an unmissable opportunity to taste the finest Italian chocolate and lose yourself among the many exquisite creations, the result of the creativity and passion of Italy’s finest master chocolatiers.

There will also be workshops for children, classes for the whole family, cooking demonstrations and much more!


Programme

Choco Baby: every day from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm
- Workshop for children to learn how to make chocolates;
€7 per child; duration 15–20 minutes; no booking required


Cooking Show: live creations
- Friday at 6.00 pm: Making a Folgaria praline with a typical local ingredient
- Saturday at 3.00 pm: How is a praline made?
- Saturday at 6.00 pm: making a record-breaking 15-metre chocolate bar
- Sunday at 3.00 pm: How is a Sacher cake made?


Chocolate workshops
- Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm: chocolate-making course for beginners; €30 per person, booking essential via email to info@chocomoments.it

Guinness World Record bar
