On Sunday 2 August, the Green Kids Village stops off at Alpe Cimbra in Parco Palù, Lavarone, bringing a strong and positive message of respect for nature and protection of the mountains.

A veritable travelling village, in collaboration with Summer Eco Tour, which brings life to some of Italy’s most renowned tourist destinations with the aim of raising awareness among thousands of people about ecology and sustainability, through direct contact and the active involvement of the public.
Throughout the day, tourists and families can take part in educational sessions and in-depth discussions, as well as fun games and entertainment thanks to a trip down memory lane with ’Games of Yesteryear’: a host of traditional activities to entertain young and old alike, just like in the old days!

An effective and enjoyable way to learn whilst having fun and embrace a more mindful lifestyle.


PROGRAMME:

10.00 – 18.00 – Opening of the Summer Eco Tour village with a series of #funlearning sessions running throughout the day, a sustainability-themed play area open at all times, a quiz with prizes and much more – organised by Ecology on Tour
10.00 – 17.00 - Traditional games organised by APT
10.00 – Leaf Hunt – nature treasure hunt – Workshop for children and families organised by APT
12.00 – Let’s make our own little flower picture – Workshop for children and families organised by APT
15.00 – Leaf hunt – Workshop for children and families organised by APT
16:00 - Summer Eco Cup: the nature and sustainability quiz for little eco-heroes – organised by Ecology on Tour
17.00 – Let’s make our own little flower picture – Workshop for children and families organised by APT

The Summer Eco Tour promotes:
