Discover the WineCulturePath of Marling

Starting from the village center, the nature and landscape enthusiast Martin leads you along a trail that winds through quiet streets, passing by the Cantina Merano Winery and several other local wineries. Along the way, you’ll encounter informative panels about the history and culture of wine, as well as larger-than-life winegrowing constructions.

This approximately 1, ½ -hour walk concludes with a wine tasting at a local winery in Marling or the Cantina Merano Winery in Marling.
Guided by a winemaker or cellar master, you’ll enjoy a selection of local wines paired with a traditional "Marendbrettl" (South Tyrolean snack).

Start: 9:30 am, return to the village center: around 12:30 pm

Registration required: Until Tuesday at 5:00 PM online under marling.info or in the Tourist Association Marling. The event takes place in German.

Price: 18.00 € - wine hike with wine tasting and small snack.
Meeting point: Tourist Association Marling.
To bring along: Something to drink on the way.

Parking: Large public parking lot (2h free parking thereafter 0,50€ per hour).
Arrival by public transport: Bus line 212 (every 30 minutes) from Merano or by train: Venosta / Vinschgau line (station approximately 1 km away).
