How is a delicious mozzarella made?
During a visit to Wegerhof farm in Stuls/Stulles, you’ll get exclusive insights into the making of the Passeiertal Valley "white gold" and see firsthand how fresh milk becomes flavorful mozzarella.
Afterwards, we’ll taste the mozzarella and other farm-made cheeses. Energized by the tasting, we’ll set off on a walk along the Sonnenrundweg trail in Stuls/Stulles, enjoying the views over the Passeiertal Valley.
