You can experience pleasant relaxing days in a family atmosphere. In this hotel you can really feel at ease. Its panoramic position will give you unforgettable memories and impressions. Going up in your room you can enjoy a splendid view of the Schlern, thanks to the panoramic lift. The house offers cozy and comfortable rooms equipped with bathroom with bath tub or shower, hairdryer, balcony, satellite TV, safe, telephone and a sitting area. The chef, the owner in person, will pamper you with delicious delights of local and international cuisine. The day starts with a rich breakfast buffet and ends with one of the two five-course menu and a choice of fresh salads from the buffet. Pamper yourself in the solarium, sauna, steam bath or hot tub, or take advantage of the fitness equipment to relax and recharge your batteries. A large wellness area is all at your full disposal! The combination of outdoors activities, healthy eating and beneficial relaxation in the wellness area will get you back in great shape in a few days! Use of the solarium is free of charge. In summer, free admission to the swimming pool. If you like to ride, in the nearby stables you have the opportunity to discover the beautiful mountain scenery of the Dolomites on horse.

Wonderful stay in Kastelruth

Great hotel, superbly located, very nice staff and Erna is simply brilliant and warm, the food in the evening is a real culinary delight, highly recommended, we are looking forward to 2022.

Weekend with a group of friends in Castelrotto

Good hotel stay, rooms thoroughly cleaned, breakfast and dinner (half-board) were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were definitely renovated and functional. The relaxation area was functional. Personal recommendations: replace plastic cups in the bathrooms with glass ones (eco-friendly) and increase the space in the common areas inside for guests to relax after dinner. Overall good.

Very pleasant stay in June 2019/hiking holiday

This hotel comes highly recommended. The quality of the five-course dinner menu is outstanding. It's also worth noting that individual courses can be substituted upon request. The rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly. Furthermore, the bus stop is just a three-minute walk away, offering direct connections to destinations including the Seiser Alm, Kastelruth, Brixen, and Bolzano. Another very convenient feature is the proximity to an outdoor swimming pool, which is just a few minutes away and free for hotel guests!

Ottimo hotel

The Hotel Cristallo was from 1 week to 8 days in 2018. Hotel is amazing. Servizio ottimo, pulizia ottima, e molto cordiali. The menù ottimo, compreso il centro benessere. Cosa chiedere di più? There ripeter.

A hotel where you can feel at home

This was our first time at Hotel Cristallo, but we will definitely return. Excellent food, very friendly and attentive staff, and the superb location (bus stop just a 5-minute walk away) made our hiking holiday on the Seiser Alm perfect. Hikers should definitely get the Combi Card for the Seiser Alm cable car.
