The service staff (reception, bar, dining room, after-dinner drinks, and massages) are extremely professional and qualified. They are quick, precise, and extremely kind. The location is perfect for those accessing the slopes; the buses are convenient and frequent. The spa offers a wide variety of effective massages. Perfect and varied dinners; exceptional homemade breads. Superlative afternoon snacks. Congratulations, and for those reading this, choose it!

Stay at the foot of the Sciliar

Excellent and varied gourmet cuisine. Helpful and friendly waiting staff. Same thing for the ladies at reception: professional and helpful.

Oasis of peace and well-being

Everything was perfect. Extremely friendly staff, excellent food and a wide menu, a rejuvenating and spotlessly clean spa. Outdoor pool surrounded by greenery. Dogs are welcome (even large ones!). The shuttle bus to Siusi leaves from right in front of the hotel. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent value for money

True 4 stars

We stayed in an economy room, but it had all the comforts. The spa is spacious and functional, and the food is varied and well-served by friendly and attentive staff. The pool is a dream; standing in the water feels like you can touch Mount Scilla. The well-kept lawn invites you to relax on the loungers in complete tranquility. The hotel's location is exceptional, a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the cable car. The hotel gave us two free public transport tickets valid for 7 days.

The best holiday in South Tyrol

We're regulars in South Tyrol, but this was the best experience we've had in this beautiful corner of Italy. The property is truly excellent and strategically located. We loved everything about this wonderful hotel: the welcoming rooms, the comprehensive wellness center, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, the excellent cuisine, and the unparalleled courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. By the end of our stay, we were truly satisfied!

Great holiday

The hotel is in a great location, very beautiful and welcoming, and well-run by the staff. The rooms are recently renovated, very spacious, and have a truly beautiful and functional bathroom. The cuisine is truly excellent and well-prepared, with a wide selection of dishes. We stayed with our dachshund, and we were treated kindly and understandingly. What can I say, an excellent experience, we will gladly return!

Satisfaction

Our family (two adults and two granddaughters) is used to spend skiing holiday in your resort last five years and we have been very satisfied. Major pros are (1) Excellent accommodation which meets our needs and respects changing age of our grandchildren, (2) High quality of gastronomy, (3) Perfect wellness, namely swimming pool and sauna facilities and (4) Position of the hotel allowing easy access to the shuttle bus and thus an excellent Val Gardena ski resort without necessity to use our car. One cons should be mentioned which was lost of my ski boots from the skis store two years ago.

Quiet but well-connected location, fully equipped

I particularly appreciated the quiet location, close to the bus stop, which makes all the nearby towns easily accessible, as well as the extremely courteous and professional staff. The amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast and food are of good quality. I can't comment on the wellness area, which I didn't use. The in-room Wi-Fi connection proved to be a bit inefficient. Overall, it's a good value for money.
