Good hotel

A lovely family-run hotel with excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the spa. Just one suggestion: improve the welcome a little by providing more information to new arrivals.

Late August stay

We stayed for a week at the Hotel Stefaner in San Cipriano, a hamlet of Tires. What a wonderful discovery! First of all, the location, at the foot of the Rosengarten in the verdant valley leading up to the Nigra Pass; at the top of a magnificent valley, fortunately still little-visited by tourists, strategically located between the Alpe di Siusi and the Ega and Fassa valleys. The Stefaner Hotel is family-run but offers many comforts: a spa with sauna and Turkish bath (a hot tub would make the offerings even more comprehensive); a spacious Oceano Fiorito room with a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the Rosengarten peaks; a generous breakfast, but above all, an excellent, excellent dinner! Traditional dishes with a touch of creativity, never heavy cuisine, plenty of fresh vegetables... Finally, we'd like to highlight the kindness of the owners, Mrs. and Mr. Villgrattner! A further testament to South Tyrolean hospitality. Marco and Valerio
