Beautiful surprise!

Excellent location, quiet despite the many guests and everything was very well managed. The facility is in good/excellent condition, the staff is courteous, friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and plentiful. Very close to the chairlift that takes you to the slopes/hikes. Well-connected and close to Rovereto. There are plenty of activities to do. Steeped in the history of the Great War. Excellent choice for a summer vacation! I highly recommend it.

Excursions

Excellent location, 5 km from Folgaria, near the village of Guardia, and a 20-minute drive to Lake Lavarone. Various hikes through the pine forests.

Excellent for the location

It's close to the chairlift, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff is very helpful with information. I had a great time and hope to return in the winter. Reasonable prices. Ideal for families.

Martinella 10 cum laude + a heart

For our first time in Folgaria, we stayed at the Hotel Martinella. The hotel offers beautiful mountain style and extremely friendly and welcoming service. Valeria at the front desk is truly a plus, providing comprehensive information on everything, and you can see the love she puts into her work. They even accommodated us with a personal issue we had during our holiday, which was completely beyond their control, and it really made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for the service, the food, the staff, and the freedom of movement.

Short vacation

We only stayed one night, but the welcome, food, and helpfulness were all excellent. It's a great starting point for trekking.

Skiing holiday

We had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the meals were excellent, the room clean and comfortable, the ski room heated, the free parking in front of the hotel, and the location was excellent, very close to the Serrada chairlift.

A few days in Serrada di Folgaria

The welcome was very warm. The property is located in a quiet spot near the chairlift, directly on the slopes, with ample parking in front. The food was good, including traditional Trentino dishes, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The staff was friendly. I found the room a bit dated, including the furnishings, but it was clean and spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in the Folgaria area. A particularly important feature: the fair price.

Family holidays

I stayed the week before Ferragosto with my family on a half-board basis. Given the current situation, I must say that all social distancing and hygiene rules were followed, with disinfectants and information signs placed throughout the hotel. Breakfast was partially buffet-style, but that said, every request we had was accommodated. The staff were always kind and helpful, even with our little one, who was a bit naughty. Dinner was always varied and excellent. The Trentino-style dinner was delicious; they always accommodated our little ones' requests. The room had a mountain view. The room was always stocked with essentials, with handy dispensers in both the shower and sink. The room was always impeccably clean. The chairlift is just steps from the hotel, and with the Trentino card, you also get a discount. Speaking of the card, we really used it a lot, as it offered free entry to many places, and I must say that since we were traveling with four adults and two children, we also got a nice saving. There are many trails around Folgaria that are suitable even for small children. Ample parking. Finally, a special thanks to the receptionist, who was always so kind, both for the information she provided and for her patience with our little "destroyer."

Pleasant stay

Clean and well-maintained hotel. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom was spacious. Helpful staff. Breakfast was good, although a menu with the available dishes would have been appreciated (breakfast is served, not a buffet, to comply with Covid regulations). The village of Serrada is very quiet and conveniently located for hiking.

Very nice and welcoming

Stayed from December 29th to January 2nd 2018 with wife and two daughters. Very welcoming and family-friendly. The staff is very friendly and always available. The restaurant offers varied, high-quality dinners, with the option of changing the children's menu. A generous buffet breakfast is also available. The rooms are welcoming, comfortable and large. An excellent location for skiers, just 5 km from Folgaria, where you'll find the most fun ski facilities for children, complete with inflatables, sleds, and rafts. 30 km away is Malga Millegrobbe where you can also go dog sledding. I would especially like to thank Giuseppe, who was always there and very friendly, Mrs. Germana for her constant availability and kindness, and Stefano for his friendliness and the warmth of the bar (and the grappa). Hotel recommended for couples and families.
