Highly recommended!

Excellent family-run hotel in the heart of Folgaria, with all amenities close by. A free ski train takes skiers to the slopes, stopping right in front of the hotel. High-quality breakfast and dinner, featuring local products and generous portions. Homemade desserts every evening, and a wide variety of cakes for breakfast. We stayed for New Year's Eve, and the fish and meat dinner was included, both excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms. There's also a wellness center with a whirlpool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Antonella at the reception is attentive and courteous, and I'd like to thank her for helping me with a difficult personal situation with great care. I highly recommend it both in winter and summer, for its ideal location right on the main street of the town.

Folgaria Holidays 2025

We stayed at this hotel for seven days. The family welcome was perfect, the location was unbeatable in the center of town on the pedestrian promenade, there was ample parking, excellent food, a generous sweet and savory breakfast, spacious common areas, and a simple but clean and tidy room. We had a relaxing stay at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent structure

We stayed the week after Ferragosto with our dog. We had a wonderful time; the cleanliness, courtesy, and helpfulness are the strong points. We stayed half-board, and the food was good and there was a wide variety of choices. The hotel is right in the city center. Highly recommended

Excellent value for money

Hospitality and a feeling of being at home

The staff was extremely friendly. We have a medium-sized dog, and he was welcomed! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and something for everyone! The location was perfect and convenient: in the pedestrian center, perfect for those who want to go skiing or stay in town. The option of catching the train right in front of the hotel is convenient. Dinner was varied and delicious! The children's room and common areas were welcoming and spacious. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We booked this vacation last minute, just the day before, and we were very lucky! It was an unforgettable weekend!

Comfort and relaxation

The hotel fully lived up to the excellent reviews on the website: centrally located yet well soundproofed, the cuisine was excellent in terms of selection, quality, and portions. The restaurant service was carefully monitored, the buffets were promptly refilled for both breakfast and dinner, the waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient, and the idea of including drinks was excellent, an option hotels often overcharge for. The rooms were spotless and, while not large, functional (hooks for hanging skis, well-placed outlets), although it was a bit too hot, which we solved by opening the window. The common areas were very spacious and allowed us to stay longer without any pressure to consume extras. The ski room was convenient, small but very warm, and our boots were always nice and warm in the morning. Personally, I only found the restaurant very noisy. It's a family hotel, so there are lots of children, and confusion is normal. If I could, I'd suggest seating adult-only groups in the second, smaller room. I didn't ask for this because the hotel was full, and having experience with hotels, I know that special requests either need to be communicated in advance or they can create organizational hindrances. The resort is small and simple, but for a ski getaway, I hope to return soon, and this hotel will be my first choice! Thanks for everything!

Excellent Hotel

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. It's strategically located in the heart of Folgaria. Excellent food, a children's playground, and services include information at reception and a free ski bus to the ski lifts. Professional and friendly staff, attentive to our every need. I would definitely recommend it to all families!

Perfect stay

The hotel is very well-maintained and located on Folgaria's main street. The room was large and spacious, and even though there were three of us (my husband, I, and our seven-month-old baby), they gave us a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine. They're well-equipped for families with children, providing everything you need (cribs, high chairs, baby baths, strollers and trekking strollers, and a baby carrier) to ensure a comfortable stay, even for the littlest ones. The restaurant is excellent, and everyone is very kind and willing to accommodate any requests we have.

Optimal

The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street. Convenient parking is available underneath the hotel. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The large, always clean children's playroom offers a varied and excellent menu, including a la carte options. Spacious, recently renovated family rooms are also available. A guest card allows you to use public transportation and chairlifts free of charge.

We will definitely be back

Family-run hotel where the owners and staff go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. Excellent location in the center of town. Adjacent to the free ski bus. Ample parking and a convenient ski storage room. Bright, simply furnished rooms and excellent cleanliness. Large common areas where you can spend your evenings. Excellent food! Wide selection of dishes to choose from. Delicious traditional Trentino dishes. Children's menu available. A generous breakfast with fresh ingredients! We didn't use the spa, but other guests' reviews were positive. Highly recommended!
