Wonderful holiday in the heart of the Dolomites!

Excellent hotel in every way! Refined and comfortable facilities, excellent quality and variety of cuisine, and a warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism from everyone! We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel owner, who every morning gave us excellent suggestions for excursions. Congratulations! I highly recommend it for the tranquility of the town, its beauty, and the quality of the services.

Reception

I found the hotel staff very professional and welcoming, and the wellness and relaxation area was also very nice. I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the silence of the mountains!

Excellent choice

I stayed at the Hotel Alcialc, and I couldn't have chosen better. The hotel is very well-kept, clean, and modern. The food was simply excellent: we couldn't wait to get to dinner and sample the chef's delicacies, which were so varied. Very large breakfast. Very large and clean room. Excellent location. The owner Harald is excellent, always available and kind in helping you and making you feel at "home". The girls (unfortunately I don't know their names) who work at reception and in the dining room are excellent; they too are very kind and always smiling. Highly recommended!

Super vacation

Excellent welcome, the owner and staff were very kind and smiling, the food was excellent, the wine list was superb, the spa was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, we had a great time.

Attentiveness, friendliness of the boss, great selection of staff

Although very remote from the two ski resorts, they are very easily accessible, and the accommodation offers more affordable comfort, very generous catering, and exceptionally friendly staff.

Fabulous ski stay

New, modern and recently renovated structure. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. The staff is truly friendly, making you feel at ease at all times and available for any need. Kindness reigns supreme here. The food and wine selection is truly top-notch and exceeds all expectations. The menu is meticulously crafted, and the table service is always impeccable. Excellent hospitality

The entire stay was characterized by the friendliness and utmost helpfulness of the entire staff. The hotel was elegant and very welcoming, with extremely comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The cuisine and the professionalism of the dining room staff, especially Lulù, were highly appreciated. The wellness area was well-organized and highly efficient, with a sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish bath in excellent working order. The manager, Harald, was impeccable in his courtesy and attentiveness to his guests' needs.

Satisfaction

A hotel that met all my expectations. Friendliness, attention to customer needs, wonderful cuisine, tranquility, a welcoming wellness center, and last but not least, the hotel's location in a valley away from traffic, yet convenient for many excursions, very relaxing, and with excellent mountain views. A pearl

New, beautiful and comfortable hotel

Excellent hotel

It would take too long to list the merits of this hotel, which enjoys a very quiet location yet is close to the town of La Valle, a five-minute walk away. Its highlights include the cuisine and the exceptional courtesy of the two brothers who run the property. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and there's daily tourist information available. The spa features a hot tub and a relaxation room with a mountain view. Ours wasn't one of the renovated rooms, but it was still comfortable, with a balcony and a large floor-to-ceiling window. It's definitely a hotel I'd happily return to. I'm not giving it "excellent" only because I didn't stay in one of the renovated rooms, which are truly beautiful.

Marvelous!

A dream suite, a sky suite with a hot tub on the terrace, impeccably clean, the owners are always available, very kind and friendly and love to pamper the hotel guests, the dishes are very creative, delicious and of the right proportions. We will definitely be back!!

We will return

The Sky Suite with its exceptional hot tub was fantastic; after a day of skiing, soaking in the 40-degree heat was fantastic. The restaurant and hospitality were also very welcome. We'll be back soon.
