Wonderful experience

We stayed for 3 days. The hotel was well-kept and clean throughout! Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Excellent food and buffet! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers many amenities, including a free public transport pass, discounted bike rentals, and more. I highly recommend it.

An exceptional hotel, you feel at home.

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 20 years and have watched it transform over time. The owners, with great passion, have transformed it from a two-star to a four-star establishment, creating a modern, very comfortable facility with a wonderful wellness area. Over the years, we have become friends, and they have our full respect for the results achieved with love and dedication. We recommend it to everyone for its stunning location facing the Gran Risa, the excellent cuisine, the ambience, and the truly stunning rooms. It's incredibly convenient for all excursions in the summer and the ski slopes in the winter. Park your car and never leave.

Top holiday!

We've been coming since 2017, and this is our third year. Two years ago, there were no more rooms because we arrived late, but this year we wanted to go again and booked early because it's absolutely worth it! And of course, we had our favorite room with a mountain view! This year, we also had dinner and breakfast with a truly breathtaking mountain view. The food was excellent, the dining room staff were kind and very efficient. The room and housekeeping staff were also really great! The wellness center is superb, with a pool and solarium with a fantastic mountain view! And the owners are also very kind, very professional, and ready to accommodate your every need. I'd always say it was a top holiday at Ciasa Soleil. We'll see you again next year.

Dolomites at the top

Our first time in the Dolomites, the emotion this place evokes is indescribable. Here you are in the heart of the Dolomites, a fabulous location between the Puez Odle and the Fanes-Senes-Braies group, just steps away from the most famous Dolomite passes and sublime peaks, surrounded by pristine nature. The Villa is a small mountain village yet a stone's throw from everything, well-served by super-efficient transport, and very well-organized for guided or independent tours. We were on a motorbike and had both an indoor and outdoor garage at our disposal. With a key, you can access everything, from the room to the restaurant, the spa, and the garage, completely independently, just like at home. The owner is always present and makes you feel free, but with a touch of luxury that isn't ostentatious but is present. The room was absolutely sublime; we had a wonderful superior room with a breathtaking view, a balcony, and ample space, with a large balcony overlooking the entire valley and mountains. It was furnished and decorated in eco-friendly wood, and smelled wonderfully of wood and forest. The bathroom was perfect. Michelin-starred cuisine, from breakfast featuring a variety of sweet and savory local products to a five-course dinner with a wide and varied selection, including vegetarian options. The spa boasts a superb spa, with a double sauna, a Turkish bath, an indoor pool, an infrared sauna, and an outdoor whirlpool in the solarium. The relaxation area is a true gem: welcoming, secluded, and beautifully scented, perfect for total relaxation after hiking, walking, and sports. Here, you can do everything and nothing! Everything was perfect, a special thanks to the owner Nicole and her staff, especially Maria, Hasma, and the bartender, who truly pampered us. Thank you for everything! Super well located quality hotel

This hotel is super well located, close to ski shops and ski lifts. Very friendly and helpful staff. On arrival, they really did their best to get our room ready quickly. We had a nice room with wooden floor and balcony and nice view. If you like long dinners, this hotel will definitely satisfy you. Both breakfast and dinner are always very extensive, and they offer a nice choice of Austrian and Italian wines. The fitness and wellness facilities are excellent. And the car is safely and securely parked in the underground garage. It was our first ski holiday in the Dolomites and will definitely come back again.

Always a guarantee

What can I say... few adjectives to describe such a spectacular experience! We've been coming here for several years now and the quality of the services and the facility seem to keep improving! Clean, well-maintained, elegant and welcoming structure! Very kind, helpful and professional staff! Excellent food both in quality and variety, always ready to satisfy individual needs and requests! A guarantee

We usually stay at Ciasa Soleil in the summer. This is our first winter stay, but the hospitality and helpfulness of the entire staff (owner, waiters, bartenders, and housekeeping) is always top-notch. The food was also excellent. Our room had a spectacular view of the mountains. All the rooms are well-kept and welcoming.

A marvel!

The Ciasa Soleil Hotel is a wonderful place with views of the Santa Croce mountain on one side and the Sassongher mountain on the other. The hospitality is commendable, as is the food and the services offered, including the pool, spa, gym, games, and more. A wonderful confirmation that South Tyrol is truly a wonderful place to stay!
