We stayed at this property for a week and it turned out to be a truly pleasant surprise. It's anything but a guesthouse; it's a family-run hotel where everyone, absolutely everyone, goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and pampered. High-level cuisine, worthy of an A+, varied and high-quality breakfast, both sweet and savory, nothing was missing. The room was spotless, as were all the common areas. There was always a lovely smell in every corner of the hotel. The wellness area is very nice, as is the outdoor hot tub, small but intimate and charming. But my heartfelt thanks go to Maria, the owner, who tried everything she could to resolve a problem I encountered, and to her husband, who every morning, map in hand, gave us valuable advice on where to go based on the weather, and in the evening came to the table to ask if we had enjoyed our day. We will definitely return to this hotel and to these people who know the word hospitality well. Thank you so much for helping make our holiday wonderful.

Una piacevole sorpresa
Siamo stati una settimana presso questa struttura che si è rivelata davvero una piacevole sorpresa.
Di pensione ha ben poco, è a tutti gli effetti un hotel a gestione familiare, dove tutti, ma proprio tutti, si prodigano per accontentarti in ogni modo e farti sentire accolto e coccolato.
Cucina di alto livello da 10 e lode, colazione varia e di qualità sia dolce che salata, non mancava proprio niente.
Stanza pulitissima come tutte le aree comuni, c’era sempre un odore buonissimo in ogni angolo del albergo.
Zona wellness molto carina così come l’idromassaggio esterno, piccolo ma intimo e suggestivo. Ma il mio grazie più sentito va a Maria, la proprietaria che ha cercato in ogni modo di risolvere un problema che mi è sopraggiunto, e a suo marito che tutte le mattine, cartina alla mano, ci dava preziosi consigli su dove andare in base al meteo, e alla sera veniva al tavolo a chiedere se eravamo stati contenti della giornata trascorsa.
Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel e da queste persone che conoscono bene la parola ospitalità.
Grazie di cuore per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza bellissima.

Beautiful location, immaculately clean throughout, warm, kind, and helpful owners and staff, excellent food with consistently varied and unique dishes (we were half-board), what more can I say? We had a lovely week. Perhaps all it needs is a lounge where we could spend some time after dinner. Anyway, we will come back because we had a great time.

Posizione bellissima, pulitissima tutta la struttura, cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria e dello staff, ottimo cibo con piatti sempre diversi e particolari (eravamo a mezza pensione), cosa si può dire di più, abbiamo passato una settimana incantevole. Forse manca solo una sala dove poter passare un po’ di tempo dopo cena.
Comunque ci torneremo perché siamo stati benissimo

Summer holidays in Colfosco spent with half board at the Garden during the last week of June 2021. My wife, I, and our 11-year-old son. The property, both inside and out, is attractive and well-maintained. There's also a small garden with lounge chairs where you can enjoy an aperitif or relax after a hike. There's a ping-pong table, which is very useful for the kids. We chose the attic room on the top floor: it's nice and spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator, very useful for storing chocolate and drinks; there's a balcony overlooking the Pisciadù. Everything was perfect: from the cleaning, to the wellness area, to the anti-Covid measures, to the room for storing bikes and boots. The cuisine is perfect: you start the morning with a generous breakfast of cold cuts, fruit salad, fresh fruit, homemade cake, croissants, and various jams. In the evening, there's a buffet with all kinds of vegetables, a selection of cheeses with jams, and a different vegetable dish each evening. The dishes are chef's masterpieces, beautifully presented and filling. You can ask for seconds without hesitation. The kitchen is open, so it's a pleasure to watch the chefs preparing the evening menu from the morning onwards. The staff is polite and available to answer any questions without ever invading the privacy of those enjoying their holidays. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, food, and location in the village of Colfosco. The hotel is set back from the main road. I hope to return.

Vacanze estive a Colfosco trascorse in mezza pensione al Garden l’ultima settimana di giugno 2021.
Io, mia moglie e nostro figlio di anni 11. La struttura, sia internamente che all’esterno, si presenta bene ed è ben tenuta. All’esterno vi è anche un piccolo giardino con poltroncine ove degustare un aperitivo o riposarsi dopo le camminate. È presente un tavolo da ping-pong molto utile per i ragazzi. Abbiamo scelto la stanza all’ultimo piano mansardata: bella grande, dotata di angolo cottura e frigo, molto utile per riporre cioccolato e bevande; è presente un balcone con vista sul Pisciadù.
Tutto perfetto: dalle pulizie, all’area wellness, alle misure anti-covid, alla stanza per riporre bici e scarponi.
La cucina è perfetta: si comincia la mattina con colazione abbondante con affettati, macedonia, frutta fresca, torta fatta in casa, brioches e marmellate varie. La sera c’è il buffet con verdure di ogni genere, selezione di formaggi con marmellate e un piatto di verdure diverso per ogni sera. I piatti sono dei capolavori dello chef ben presentati e sazianti. È possibile chiedere il bis senza problemi. La cucina è a vista quindi è un piacere vedere fin dalla mattina gli chef che preparano il menu serale.
Il personale è educato e presente a ogni richiesta di indicazioni senza mai invadere la privacy di chi si gode le vacanze.
Struttura che consiglio sia per le stanze comode, per il cibo e per la posizione nel paese di Colfosco. Infatti l’albergo è in posizione arretrata rispetto alla strada principale. Spero di ritornarci.

We stayed at this property for a week with two small children. Mrs. Maria and her husband were fantastic, helping us a lot with the kids, especially in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The young chef (who is their son) has a great passion for his work, and it shows in the dishes and, more importantly, the quality. A truly positive experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana con due bambini piccoli. La signora Maria e suo marito sono stati fantastici, ci hanno aiutato molto con i bambini soprattutto in cucina, la signora è stata molto premurosa. La cucina è molto curata e pulitissima. Il giovane chef (che è loro figlio), ha una grande passione per il suo lavoro e si vede dai piatti e soprattutto la qualità si sente. Esperienza più che positiva.

We stayed at the Pensione Garden for five nights, half board. And I must say that, without wanting to, we found a simple but beautiful corner of paradise. Pensione Garden, in its simplicity, makes its guests feel truly at home, pampered in every way. Starting with Maria and her husband, who never failed to offer us a smile, a good morning, or a good evening, both for us and for our baby. Indeed, for our baby, they showed utmost availability, asking if everything was okay and helping us with baby food, even hosting whatever we had brought from home in their rooms. Aside from the usual pleasantries, Mrs. Maria and her husband (sorry, but I forget their name) proved to be two very kind people who are easy to talk to and can offer advice on walks and excursions. The guesthouse, as mentioned, is simple and charming. Tastefully furnished, it exudes warmth, and all the rooms I stayed in were spotlessly clean. Our apartment, starting with the cleanliness, was simple and homely. It also had a private veranda overlooking the Sella Group. It is located a few dozen meters from the church, in an absolutely quiet area, away from traffic and chaos. I noticed that it is also well equipped for winter sports, with a dedicated entrance and rooms for ski equipment (for example, heated boot hangers). A special mention goes to the kitchen staff and the chef: we ate divinely! I'm not exaggerating when I say I probably went home 1 kg heavier. Dishes rooted in local tradition, but revisited with a young eye, like the chef. We've never left the table dissatisfied. The breakfast is plentiful and very good, in line with local customs, you can find a wide selection of sweet and savory items. I renew my compliments to the owners, promising myself to return as soon as possible to enjoy this little corner of paradise. Congratulations indeed!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Pensione Garden per 5 notti, trattamento di mezza pensione. E devo dire che senza volerlo abbiamo trovato un semplice, ma bellissimo angolo di paradiso.
La Pensione Garden, nella sua semplicità, fa sentire i suoi ospiti veramente a casa, coccolati in tutto e per tutto. A partire dalla sig.ra Maria e suo marito, che non ci hanno fatto mai mancare un sorriso, un buongiorno o una buona sera, sia per noi che per il nostro bambino. Appunto, per il nostro bimbo hanno dimostrato massima disponibilità chiedendoci se andava tutto bene e aiutandoci per le pappe, ospitando nei loro locali quanto avevamo portato da casa.
Al di fuori dei soliti convenevoli, la sig.ra Maria e il marito (chiedo scusa, ma mi sfugge il nome) si sono dimostrate due persone molto gentili con le quali puoi parlare e chiedere consiglio per passeggiate ed escursioni.
La Pensione, come detto, è semplice e adorabile. Arredata con gusto, trasmette calore e tutti i locali in cui sono stato erano ben puliti. A partire dal nostro appartamento, pulito. Arredamento sobrio, che dava calore familiare. Veranda privata con vista sul Gruppo del Sella.
È situata a poche decine di metri dalla chiesa, in zona assolutamente tranquilla e lontana da traffico e caos.
Ho potuto notare che è ben attrezzata anche per gli sport invernali, con entrata e locali dedicati per l’attrezzatura sciistica (per esempio gli appendi scarponi riscaldati).
Una menzione particolare va allo staff della cucina e allo Chef: abbiamo mangiato divinamente! Non esagero nel dire che probabilmente sono tornato a casa con 1 kg in più.
Piatti legati alla tradizione locale, ma rivisti con occhio giovane, quale è lo chef. Non ci siamo mai alzati da tavola insoddisfatti.
Abbondante e molto buona la colazione, in linea con le abitudini locali, puoi trovare una vasta scelta di dolce e salato.
Rinnovo i miei complimenti ai titolari, ripromettendomi di ritornarci appena possibile per poter godere di questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.

The guesthouse is located right in the heart of the ski area, with the slopes practically next door. We were very impressed by the excellent, easily digestible wellness cuisine. The sauna area was always spotlessly clean and professionally managed.

The Garni Pension Garden is a really beautiful, well-organized and friendly managed hotel. Large, spacious, very clean rooms, some with balconies. The service in the dining rooms and bar is very attentive and always friendly. The food offered is consistently of excellent quality. The cuisine is superb. Plenty of parking, super-fast Wi-Fi. We will come back.

Das Garni Pension Garden ist ein wirklich schönes, gut organisiertes und freundlich geführtes Hotel.
Große, geräumige, sehr saubere Zimmer auch mit Balkon.
Der Service in den Speiseräumen und in der Bar ist sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich.
Die angebotenen Speisen sind durchwegs von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Küche exzellent.
Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, WLAN superschnell.
Wir werden wiederkommen.
