Beautiful holiday

Excellent hotel, strategic location, excellent hospitality and service, food prepared with quality ingredients and carefully presented, a small, well-maintained relaxation area, excellent cleanliness, and the entire Crazzolara family's kindness and professionalism. Even though we don't drink, we noticed a wide selection of wines, recommended with passion by Fabio.

We enjoyed everything very much!

We spent our ski holiday in this family-run hotel in February 2020 and felt extremely comfortable here! Everything in this very well-run, clean and well-maintained hotel is perfectly geared towards a pleasant stay for the guests, down to the smallest detail. The service provided by the entire owner family and the staff was always very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We booked half-board, and in addition to the excellent breakfast buffet, the outstanding four-course dinner menu was always imaginatively and tastefully presented. The well-curated and thoughtfully selected wine list, as well as the entire range of beverages, offering a fair price-to-quality ratio, perfectly complemented the culinary offerings of this hotel. Our room was renovated, therefore modern and superbly equipped; the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom with its walk-in shower was modern, and we lacked nothing. Further advantages of the hotel include a brand-new elevator, its central yet quiet location in the town center, and its proximity (max. 5 minutes' walk) to the valley station. If we may, we would love to come back again...!!! :-)

The best of the holiday

Excellent hospitality, family atmosphere, superlative gastronomy

A pleasant surprise

Found by chance online, we stayed just three days during the Giro d'Italia. It's a very clean, recently renovated hotel where courtesy reigns supreme. The food is truly delicious, quality, expertly cooked, and beautifully presented. The attentive owners immediately make you feel at ease. It was a truly relaxing holiday, especially since we also took advantage of the small wellness center with a stunning view. An experience definitely worth repeating (so much so that we decided to return for the summer holidays). What more can I say? A hotel I'd recommend to friends and would happily return to. A nice holiday

We had a wonderful holiday. We spent three wonderful days at this guesthouse. The food was delicious, and everything was meticulously cared for by the owners and their children. The rooms are spacious and very charming, all with balconies, well-heated, and above all, spotlessly clean. We weren't able to use the wellness area, but we hope to return another time to be pampered once again.

Just like at home!

A five-day vacation during the August bank holiday. The immediate impact was positive when we saw the property. Inside, everything is beautifully curated in perfect South Tyrolean style; no detail is out of place. The courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism are top notch! The owners are delightful, their son is equally well-mannered, and everyone is treated with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. The room is beautiful, and the service was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were excellent: we're still licking our lips after a fortnight since, alas, we've returned home. Don't ask us to find a flaw; you'll be nagging!
