Hotel Villa Eden is a beautiful hotel in the Dolomites managed by the owners themselves, the Bassot family, who have been looking after the hotel and its guests with great care since three generations.
The hotel is located in the centre of Corvara (1558 m) and is surrounded by meadows. In winter it is very easy to reach the slopes: the lifts of Col Alto and Boé are only about 200 m from the hotel. They can be reached with a short walk or with the free ski-bus. The slopes end just behind the hotel, so you don’t even need to walk!
At Villa Eden the cuisine has always been the flagship of the hotel, this is why its restaurant has been mentioned in renowned guides such as Guide Michelin, Gambero Rosso and Veronelli year after year.
The meals are prepared with great care for local products, the hors-d’oeuvre and salad buffet include vegetables from the hotel’s garden, cultivated by the owner himself, who is also a great connoisseur of mushrooms and picks them to delight his guests with excellent dishes. The wine-list offers a vast selection of fine wines, selected by Silvia, the owners’daughter, a professional sommelier since 2005.
You can reach the hotel wellness centre from your room simply by using the lift. There you will find a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath (hammam), a cold immersion pool, kneipp pools and a whirlpool. At you disposal for perfect tanning there is also a tanning bed.
