Kindness of the staff.

Beautiful property in the center of town, in the pedestrian area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection. Dinner was very well prepared and offered a wide variety of dishes. The room was very spacious and clean.

Charming atmosphere and wealth of services

The aspects we appreciated most were the hospitality, professionalism, and commitment of the owners and staff. We found the charming atmosphere of a historic property that has kept pace with the times without losing its traditions, which are reflected in every aspect, from the guestroom furnishings to the restaurant. The extensive documentation, with images relating to the history of the hotel, its owners, and their land over the centuries, is very interesting. The entertainment offered for children and the services in the wellness centre were excellent, the hay bath experience in particular was very interesting. The location is quiet, in the pedestrian area of San Candido, also convenient for public transport and the ski slopes, thus avoiding using the car on holiday.

Excellent

We recently stayed at this hotel and our rating is excellent, great location in the center of the village of San Candido. Warm welcome, spacious and impeccably clean rooms throughout, breathtaking views of the Dolomite mountains. All the staff were kind and helpful, making us feel pampered and at home, especially the hotel owners, who were always available to fulfill our every request. Well-stocked bar with all types of drinks with the excellent bartender Cosimo. Every delicacy, of the highest quality, rich and varied; with, of course, the crowning glory being the local ingredients. All prepared by Davide and Matteo's exquisite kitchen, with Antonio's pastry making topping the list. For those of us who love good food, this paradise is a true Wonderland. A relaxation area with a fireplace and reading nooks; not to mention the panoramic spa overlooking the ski slopes and the village of San Candido. We'll definitely be back; it's a place we've always treasured. I highly recommend stopping by, even if you have a four-legged friend, and let yourself be lulled by these mountains.

Family Environment

Excellent choice

Hotel located in the town center. Excellent for families with children: it truly offers everything; for example, we asked about strollers, which were available to guests free of charge. Adults are also welcome at this hotel, as they have everything they need: from the sauna to the gym, from the jacuzzi with a mountain view to the indoor pool. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable.

Everything perfect!

A perfect hotel for families, with a dedicated floor for children, complete with games and entertainment of all kinds. Parents have access to a lovely relaxation area, a panoramic pool, and a swimming pool. The hotel is located in the main square of San Candido, in the pedestrian area. The rooms are warm and cozy, with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious. Top breakfast with show cooking, high quality of food served.

Spectacular!

A stunning hotel, starting with the suite with two connecting rooms, both with parquet floors. The rooftop hot tub and panoramic sauna are stunning. On the ground floor, there's a super-hot pool and two sunbeds with tanning lamps. The spa offers a choice of eucalyptus sauna, lemon sauna, and Finnish sauna. On the third floor, there's a beautiful and well-equipped gym, a quaint hay bath room, tropical showers, and a relaxation room with a fireplace. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with carefully selected dishes and a generous salad and dessert buffet. Last but not least, the cinema room with super comfortable armchairs! What more can I say? If you have the chance, go there—you won't be disappointed! My family and I will definitely be back!

Week in Val Pusteria

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week in the Puster Valley, staying at the Cavallino Bianco Hotel in San Candido. It's a very well-organized, truly interesting hotel where nothing is missing. The service was perfect: immaculately clean, a spacious room with every comfort, a large bathroom, and friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and dinner was excellent and served promptly. Perhaps the outdoor parking lot is not as large as it should be.
