Comfort, courtesy and great attention to cleanliness

We stayed as a family of four—two adults and two children—in a two-bedroom family suite. The space and comfort, along with the daily housekeeping (which deserves my special praise), made for an excellent stay. The food was good, although we felt the buffet selection could be improved.

Excellent hotel

I stayed at the Hotel Cristallo for the second time over the Christmas holidays, and my experience was once again very positive: the owners and staff were incredibly friendly; the cleanliness of all areas was excellent, and the rooms were truly comfortable; the food was varied, starting with breakfast, and the main services were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for all your travel needs, both for reaching the center of Dobbiaco (where this year a wonderful traditional market was set up) and for reaching the Rienza ski slope, perfect for the whole family. A beautiful and evocative carriage ride departing from the cross-country skiing stadium, also close to the hotel, is also available. An experience that I hope will become our family tradition during the Christmas season!
