Perfect "base camp" for the Stoneman Dolomiti

I stayed here to tackle the Stoneman Dolomiti in one day and couldn't have wished for better accommodation. I felt extremely well looked after from the very first moment! Highlights for athletes: Dinner: I was served a huge portion of sports food without any fuss – just the right fuel for the upcoming day on the bike! Perfect room: Early in the morning, I was able to enjoy my packed muesli at my desk in peace and quiet, allowing me to start the Stoneman trail super early. Despite the bad weather, I managed to finish the course with a gold medal – and afterwards, I simply collapsed into the incredibly comfortable bed, overjoyed and utterly exhausted. The next morning, a rich and varied breakfast awaited me, leaving nothing to be desired. A huge thank you also to the staff: Everyone was incredibly attentive and took excellent care of me. In conclusion: I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially to all Stoneman riders.

Ideal location, warm hosts and plentiful food

The hotel is located right in the center of the Dolomite village of Toblach. The bus station and public transport are just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to its ideal location, excursions to Lake Prags or the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks) are easily accessible. The hosts are very warm and attentive, creating a welcoming, family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, and the bathrooms are also quite large. A generous breakfast and dinner are included in the price.

Summer vacation

We had a great time at Hotel Moritz: the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast and dinner were plentiful and had a wide selection, the room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel was in an excellent location, just a short walk from both the center and the bus station.

Simply top-notch!

We received a very warm welcome and a friendly introduction. A particular highlight was the early morning breakfast prepared for Stoneman Gold participants – simply perfect and a fantastic service. The room was spacious, very clean, and exactly as one could wish for. A lockable bike storage room for mountain bikes and ample parking completed the overall impression.

Vacation with friends

We are three couples who chose to stay at this hotel and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Dobbiaco. The three double rooms are large, spacious, and clean, with a panoramic terrace. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a choice of menus every evening. Extremely clean, well-kept and welcoming

We had a truly pleasant stay at the Hotel Moritz in Dobbiaco and were truly thrilled with everything. The hotel is extremely clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We would especially like to praise the breakfast, which was generous and of excellent quality: the selection was truly extensive and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. A big thank you also goes to all the staff, who were always kind, smiling, and very helpful. Their hospitality significantly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Dobbiaco. We will definitely be back.

Room very clean, breakfast offers a wide selection

Excellent, friendly, and warm service in a welcoming, family atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The breakfast was good with a sufficient selection, although we would have appreciated a wider variety of bread rolls. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
