Founded in 1998, their organic farm is located in Val Sessera in the municipality of Portula at 750 meters above sea level in the Oasi Zegna. The farm covers an area of about 10 hectares, where seasonal fruits and vegetables are grown and chestnuts, nuts, meadows and forests can be found as well. Part of the production is processed in their laboratory to make jams and conserves; the highlight of the production is the nut oil, typical of the area. The business has been certified by ICEA.
In the heart of the valley, famous for its high-quality wool processing, Tristano and Paola got their accommodation facility through the restructuring of an old factory dating back to the 18th century, paying particular attention to the architectural restoration and the materials used. The furnishings typical of the local tradition are used.
