Long weekend with skis on your feet

Excellent location, just cross the street and you are directly on the ski slopes. Very good breakfast, excellent cleanliness.

Epiphany in Marmolada

Epiphany 2025...a few days' stay for a family ski trip in the Marmolada area. Everything was perfect, from the initial contact for a quote and technical information to checkout. Aesthetically, it's a classic mountain hotel, both externally and in terms of furnishings, and there's a beautiful lobby with a fireplace. The ski room is also excellent, as is the shuttle service, as well as access to the adjacent slopes. The small spa, the tavern for Saturday night music, and parking are all included in the price. The staff is polite and always available. The owners are knowledgeable and knowledgable about local activities. The menu is excellent. Thank you for everything.

Total relaxation

This year we stayed at this hotel for the first time, and it felt like we'd been there for years. The family atmosphere, the friendly and attentive waitstaff, made us feel right at home. It was an excellent experience. We highly recommend it.

Recommended hotel

Excellent for skiers, as it's very close to the facilities, but also for non-skiers, as the hotel is strategically located within easy reach of various mountain passes and places worth visiting. Good food and cleanliness.

Our vacation

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location overlooking the Marmolada. The rooms are welcoming, quiet, and clean. The owner, as well as the entire staff, are friendly and always available to help. Breakfast is a generous buffet, and dinner offers a menu to suit every palate! Definitely worth a try!

A corner of paradise

I stayed for two summers, July 2029 and 2021, with friends. The hotel is located right below the Marmolada, with a stunning view. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, well-soundproofed, and clean. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is very knowledgeable about excellent routes and always available for a chat.

Structure and friendliness

A quaint, clean establishment with very friendly staff and delicious, plentiful food. We felt right at home. The location is very convenient, with ski-in/ski-out access to the resort. Perfect for skiers.

Excellent location

Excellent property in a fantastic location on the ski slopes. Clean, comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need; good breakfast and dinner; qualified and friendly staff. Truly excellent value. I will definitely return in the summer.

Fantastic

A top-notch hotel, it could easily be rated a 4-star. Its beautiful mountain-style interiors offer a spacious and comfortable room, but above all, it excels in cleanliness and the food on offer. Breakfast is a more than generous buffet with every delicacy, and the same goes for dinner. The owner, Alessandro, is very helpful and kind. Another strong point is definitely the location: tranquility and serenity reign supreme at the foot of the Queen of the Dolomites. In summer, it's an excellent starting point for any type of excursion. In winter, you can cross the road and be on the ski slopes. What more can I say? I've already booked for a skiing holiday. I certainly won't be looking for other hotels; with the Roy, I've found a home away from home.
