An ideal location for the Renon

I stayed at the hotel for a week at the end of August... I'd been there before two years ago. The hotel was clean and had a family atmosphere. I opted for half-board: a generous and varied breakfast and an excellent dinner, meticulously prepared, with dishes both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. The location is excellent, both for its proximity to the cable car, which takes you to Bolzano in 12 minutes (although it was better to avoid it in the first few days, given the pleasant temperatures in Soprabolzano compared to the heat in the city). It's also close to the Renon train station, which allows you to reach starting points for new trails in just a few minutes. For me, the hotel's location, opposite the church where I was able to celebrate mass every day, is ideal (I'm a priest). Despite the somewhat cloudy days (the last few days, you could see snow on the peaks of the Dolomites), I was able to walk every day (there's always something new to discover) and I visited the Beekeeping Museum, which I hadn't been to two years ago. An experience I highly recommend (well-maintained and with excellent explanations about the world of bees). Kudos to the hotel owners for the expansion and renovation of the wellness area. The new pool, one-quarter covered and the other outdoors, is truly lovely, and, especially when the sun is shining, offers a lovely refreshment after a hike.

Great holiday

I stayed four days in this excellent hotel. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with clean rooms and very friendly owners. The location is ideal for hiking or for trips on the beautiful Renon train to some very beautiful places. Unfortunately, there's not much going on in the village, especially in the evenings, apart from a pizzeria and a bar with music. Honestly, after long hikes, given the temperature, it was nice to stay in the room with a sheet and duvet in the evenings. :) The newly opened wellness center with outdoor pool is spectacular. We'll definitely be back.
