Not far away from the Bletterbach Geoparc, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the farm is located in a scenic, sunny and quiet location. The house is under preservation order and in the entrance you will find an old vault entrance and inside the house a typical Tyrolean "Stube".
Directly from the farm in the middle of the meadows, you can reach the mountains Corno Bianco and Corno Nero by foot. In winter, the ski resort of Passo d’Oclini (8 km) and the Cermis and Obereggen (20 km) attract skiers from all over world.
