Mum will delight you with all the typical home-made Tyrolean specialties such as canederli, spatzlan, soups, beef goulash, venison goulash, fresh local chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, risotto, geröstel, speck with potatoes and eggs, tirtlan, a variety of home-made desserts like apple strudel, sacher, kaiserschmarn and many other things, all home-made.
