Brand new: the new Aparthotel-Residence Kronplaty Luxury House will open in November 2026. Be among the first to stay in this beautiful complex! The residence offers a range of apartment types in various sizes. The interiors are designed in a typical Alpine style, yet modern and equipped with every comfort.
Wellness and more: there is not just one pool, but two. An indoor pool with whirlpool loungers, and an adults-only rooftop pool. This is a pool located on the roof of the new aparthotel, featuring XXL whirlpool loungers and panoramic views of the Dolomites. On the top floor, there is also a panorama sauna for adults only, with an adjoining, inviting relaxation room. In addition, there is a further wellness area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and salt relaxation room. The offer is completed by a fitness room.
There is the option to use the bread delivery service or to have breakfast served in your room. You may also choose to enjoy a breakfast package served in our bistro. The bistro/restaurant also offers drinks and snacks in the afternoon, as well as a selection of à la carte dishes in the evening.
Kronplatz Luxury House is located in a central and very sunny position in the heart of Niederolang, just three kilometres from the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones ski area (with a stop for the free ski bus directly outside the ski room exit), and around ten minutes from the village centre. The charming town of Bruneck is also only ten kilometres away—about a fifteen-minute drive, or easily reachable by train, which you can use free of charge as our guests.
