Top holiday

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and always varied. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's facilities and spa are very good and well-appointed. Overall, I'd give it a 9.

A wonderful holiday

It was a short but wonderful holiday, spent with my two children. We liked everything about the Hotel Les Alpes: the hospitality of all the staff, the food, the structure, the cleanliness, everything was OK. The location, San Vigilio di Marebbe, is also a beautiful, very peaceful place.

Amazing hotel

Wonderful hotel, very welcoming owners, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. I recommend it to everyone. We spent four unforgettable days, with excellent breakfast and dinner. We hope to return this winter for skiing, given the excellent location, practically on the slopes.

Ski week

Definitely the best week I've ever spent on the snow. Location 10 out of 10 directly on the Cian Ross slope, and not as other structures say, Les Alpes is really on the slopes. Impeccable service, very kind, helpful, top staff. Very well-kept hotel, amazing wellness center. Breakfast full of all sorts of goodies. In short, there's no reason not to spend your holidays here. Trust me, it's totally worth it.

Excellent holiday with excellent service. We were pampered. The location is wonderful. The chef met all our needs. And we enjoyed all the excellent dishes he prepared. I will definitely return because I was very satisfied. The afternoon herbal tea I received as a gift at the end of my stay was delicious. I recommend this stay to everyone.

Perfect family vacation

For a skiing holiday with our two children, the Hotel Les Alpes was simply perfect. The door to the hotel's ski room, where the rental agent delivers and collects skis (how convenient!), opens directly onto the slope. The slope is open in the evenings three days a week, and children can sled every day on a dedicated, safe, parallel slope. Once skiing is over, you can enjoy the pool with a separate area featuring a children's slide, and the spa, reserved for adults and perfectly equipped with saunas, a Turkish bath, a massage center, and a whirlpool and outdoor sauna, practically on the slope. Very spacious rooms. The breakfast was super generous, and dinner was well-planned (we chose half-board), with special attention paid to our celiac children, who had special courses and desserts. All the staff were always helpful and courteous, starting with the owners, who passionately work side by side with the employees. A special thanks to Anna, our waitress. The price is very reasonable considering the excellent service, and as far as we're concerned, there's no better option for those planning a ski holiday in San Vigilio. A word of advice for the owners: improve your website; it doesn't do justice to the quality of your hotel. Thank you, we'll see you soon.
