Family vacation

During the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, we stayed for a week at this relaxing and beautiful hotel, where we'd stayed in the summer about 20 years ago. Returning in the winter to the same warm welcome from the Ebner family was truly fantastic. The room overlooked the snowy landscape, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the dinner buffet included delicious dishes and delicious desserts. Weekday evenings included aperitifs on the terrace, and weekends included music with the locals. A quaint hotel, carefully managed by a hospitable and kind family.

Very quiet location and easy access to the nearby valleys

My wife and I have been staying here for the Christmas markets for years (with a couple of friends) and we have always had a great time. We've also been in the summer, and the experience is always excellent. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, high-quality, and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Very clean, well-kept and quiet structure

The entire staff, from the owners to the staff, are incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel instantly at home. The property is immaculately clean, meticulously maintained, quiet, and ideal for relaxing, with all the comforts you need. Every moment of the day is a pleasure: from breakfast to dinner, you're pampered with fresh products and carefully prepared dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. Despite being in a quiet, sparsely populated village, the location is perfect for easily reaching some of the area's most beautiful tourist destinations. We'll definitely be back, with the same smile we gave when we said goodbye.

Nice and welcoming hotel

Passing through for just one night, I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness, spaciousness, and welcoming feel of the room, the courtesy of the staff, and a quality breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The only criticism, in my opinion, is the fixed dinner menu, which cannot be changed. This could be a problem for those on specific diets.

Professionalism and kindness

We chose this hotel without knowing it, with the sole purpose of spending a few peaceful days with our grown children, who had just returned home for the holidays. We couldn't have made a better choice... everything was perfect, in an atmosphere of simplicity (the kind that comes from hard work!), harmony, and professionalism... the cuisine is worthy of a great restaurant, and the set menu was never a problem, thanks in part to the staff's absolute availability when we needed a change from the menu. The rooms had fantastic views of the Alps, and the apparent "distance" from the town center was overcome by the proximity and convenience of the bus. WELL DONE everyone, but a special mention to Heidi, omnipresent ❤️: with your left eye, you could see her climbing a ladder to replace a light bulb, with your right, she was in the kitchen but at the same time at reception, offering suggestions to guests... UNIQUE! Thank you all, even for the bottles of wine, a much-appreciated gift from the house! ❤️

Optimal

This was the third time we've spent our vacation at the Hotel Onach. The family-run hotel is well-maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet features quality products, as does the three-course dinner with a salad/appetizer buffet. The hotel is strategically located for public transportation (the bus stop is right next to the hotel). Use of all public transportation is included in the card that is activated upon arrival: great for not having to use your own car!

A wonderful experience

A magnificent place with wonderful hoteliers, everything is perfect. The half-board offered is great, the meals are very good with local recipes and the breakfast is very copious. The rooms are top notch.

Short but great vacation

You need some rest but aren't sure if you'll be lucky enough to find the right hotel, so you rely on your gut feeling. You arrive and are greeted warmly, given your room, and you realize you couldn't have asked for anything better. In the evening, you go downstairs for dinner and discover that the refined food revitalizes your palate. You realize you were lucky to arrive in this place, which you'll later discover is full of splendid trails and a history you perhaps knew little about. When you have to leave, you're a little bitter and wish you could stay, but you know you'll return. And it comes naturally to you to say: Thank you, Gottfried family.
