The hotel is located just 5-minute walk from the centre of Cortina and is in a privileged location. Additionally, only ten meters away from the hotel, a flat pedestrian path begins, connecting Cortina to Toblach, and it is ideal for pleasant walks away from road traffic.

The rooms offer spectacular views of the majestic mountains, from the Tofane to the Pomagagnon, from the Cristallo to the Faloria, from the Croda da Lago to the Becco di Mezzodì. The main building has an elevator, while the annex, located just 5 meters from the hotel and internally connected, has two floors without an elevator.
