Parc Hotel Victoria 

Hotel Victoria is owned and managed by the Girardi-Angeli family since 1892. In that year Amadio Girardi bought the "Villa Vittoria" and transformed it into a Hotel. At that time tourism was strictly a summer phenomenon and the guests of the hotel had free "donkey service" for their excursions. In 1897 the first skis were imported in Cortina and in 1901 the Ski Club was born. Since the fifties numerous transformations have taken place. They were all aiming to improve the comfort of the guests and more recently with a strong commitment in environmental issues such as pollution reduction, energy saving and eco-sensitive attitudes promotion. Today Hotel Victoria is the first and only eco-sensitive hotel of the Ampezzo valley, one of the few in Italy and Europe. The aim is to give a modest contribution to a more human and sustainable development, providing a high quality service in environmentally friendly settings and actively promoting the respect that the mountains and valleys, a UNESCO World Heritage, deserve.
