The facility was obtained by a careful renovation, under the auspices of the fine arts, from the canonical house, which was part of the Monastery built in 1140. It offers to its guests 2 rooms with private bathroom and two rooms with shared bathroom, and also a small apartment for up to 5 people, with private balcony and small kitchen will be available.
Meals are is served in the restaurant room, where you may also have your breakfast. During the warmer periods, you may enjoy your meals in the spacious terrace in the garden.
At guests disposal there is a common room with games for the little ones, a parking place within the facility, a big garden full of fruit plants and the vegetable garden, from which the ingredients for the local dishes available in the restaurant are picked.
300 meters from the facility you will find a wonderful Tibetan bridge "Pedancola sul Maira", which allows you to reach on foot the route "Percorsi Occitani" that starts from the Natural Park "dei Ciciu".
The location of the Ostello del Monastero is perfect for excursions on foot or by MTB in the Maira Valley. In a few kilometers you can reach the city of Cuneo and the other valleys of the Cottian Alps (Vermenagna, Gesso, Stura, Grana, Maira, Varaita, Infernotto, Po). In less than one hour you can reach the Langhe and in an hour and a half the Riviera di Pontente of the Ligurian Sea.
