A wonderful week in a real farmhouse

We spent a week at this charming agriturismo. The atmosphere is very homely and authentic. The food is excellent and natural, something we're unfortunately not used to (living in Rome). We had a dog with us, who was welcomed and accepted without any problems. The Monego family, who run the agriturismo, were always friendly and helpful. It's an experience worth repeating and I recommend it to everyone.

The authentic mountain

If Italy is still a place worth living in, it's because of places like the Plan dei Spadovai mountain hut, but above all, people like the Monego family who run it! We spent a wonderful week in a splendid place, eating very well. For some, it might be difficult to give up an en-suite bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, etc., but for us, it wasn't, and we're happy about it: human warmth and quality of life are far more precious than many of the comforts we're used to. An experience I hope to repeat soon.
