The Hotel Coldai in Alleghe is ideally located both in winter and in summer, as it is situated only 100 meters from the skilifts of the Ski Civetta skiing area, connected to the world-famous ski carousel Dolomiti Superski. The hotel offers a sun terrace, a bar, a restaurant, a lounge, a tavern with live music and a private parking. Hotel Coldai offers the best dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine, as well as traditional specialties of the Dolomites area. All the rooms have private bathrooms with hairdryer, direct dial telephone and satellite color TV, while some have balconies with a wonderful view over the lake of Alleghe.

Highly recommended

We stayed three nights at the Hotel Coldai, at the foot of the Civetta, in that special spot in Alleghe where you are embraced by the most beautiful peak in the Dolomites. From the room we had a breathtaking view of the Civetta and the lake. We slept great, ate great, and the slopes were just steps away. Hotel Coldai is an old-fashioned hotel that took me back to my childhood. I'll definitely be back.

Optimal

Second stay and always a great experience. The rooms are always tidy and clean. Kudos also to the dining room waitresses, always smiling, polite, and prompt! Thanks to Mr. Renato's wonderful family.

Stay at the Hotel Coldai

Very friendly owners and staff, comfortable and clean rooms, located close to the slopes. Breakfast was very good and wide selection, dinner was very well prepared and always varied with a choice of menus. Excellent New Year's Eve dinner.

Family weekend

We spent the weekend at the Coldai Hotel with our two-year-old daughter. The hotel is in a very convenient location and has a beautiful view. The building is a bit dated and doesn't have an elevator, but the rooms are very clean, equipped with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great starting point for the Civetta gondola.

Affordable hotel in a fantastic location right next to the cable car. A family atmosphere and very friendly owners. Very clean, Italian-style rooms. Having stayed at the Coldai five years ago, we decided to return. Everything was just like it was back then, although perhaps the evening menu could be improved. The breakfast buffet, however, deserves four stars. There's a small but well-heated ski storage room. No elevator in the building. After considering all the factors, I would still recommend it.

Weekend at the end of the season

Kind and helpful owners, excellent and plentiful food. The offer associated with the package is good... It's a shame the building is a bit dated and there's no elevator (we were on the third floor, but you can go up to the sixth). Drinks are quite expensive with meals, but the tap water is good.

Ok Coldai!

I stayed at Coldai from February 5th to 10th, and the owners' hospitality and helpfulness were truly excellent. Very convenient location, about 100 meters from the departure point of the Civetta cable car, making it easy to reach on foot even with ski boots on. The return journey is equally convenient if you want to take the return slope from Pian di Pezzè. Comfortable and quiet rooms. I stayed half board and I must say that the breakfasts and dinners were always good and full of choice. Downstairs there is also a pub open on Fridays and Saturdays, plus other openings if there is a game at the ice rink. Highly recommended.

Long live Coldai!

Excellent welcome, super friendly staff, OK stay. Hotel just steps from the center of Alleghe, with a stunning view of the lake and Mount Civetta. Good price.
