The Hotel Alexander has a very long familial tradition: it has been run from the family Bonetti since 1860. They always give their guests the best in every aspect of the holiday. Alessandro and Mirella are waiting for you!

Unforgettable week.

I stayed at the Hotel Alexander from August 25 to September 1, 2024. I traveled with my family; my children are 20, 15, and 9. We chose the Comfort Apartment, which is very spacious and has two levels, ensuring privacy. Our room was on the first level and was very cozy and comfortable. The closet had internal lights, which I found very useful. The bathroom is a bit dated for my taste; there was no shower (though the bathroom upstairs has one), but a bathtub nestled between three walls that we used as a shower. The kitchen was completely unequipped, but that didn't matter since we had half-board. The first level had two small balconies: one in the bedroom overlooking the street, and the other in the kitchen. This larger balcony was equipped with a drying rack and a small table, offering a glimpse of Lake Molveno, which was partially obscured by the building next to the apartment. Upstairs, there were six beds: a first attic room with two single beds and a spectacular lake view, and a bedroom with a double bed and two more single beds with access to the bathroom. Watch your head! The beams, though beautiful, are also low. The food was excellent, with tasty, beautifully presented dishes. Marco, the entertainer, was friendly and accompanied us on walks. The outdoor pool was very charming, even in the evening. Comfortable sofas were available for relaxing after dinner, overlooking the lake and mountains at dusk. It was the most relaxing moment of the day. The indoor pool is large and has a whirlpool area, but I would have preferred a separate pool because the temperature was just right for those who wanted to swim and have fun, but if I were to stay still and enjoy the whirlpool, I'd prefer a few degrees warmer. The children's area is well-equipped. The staff is young, friendly, and very empathetic. I really appreciated the owners' infinite kindness, always present in the dining room as well. It is absolutely a structure that I recommend and to which I would very willingly return.

Settimana indimenticabile.

Ho soggiornato nell’Hotel Alexander dal 25 agosto al 1 settembre 2024. Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia, i miei figli hanno 20, 15 e 9 anni. Abbiamo scelto l’Appartamento Confort, molto spazioso, disposto su due livelli, che garantiva la privacy. La nostra stanza era sul primo livello, molto accogliente e confortevole, l’armadio era dotato di luci interne che ho trovato molto utili. Il bagno è un po’ datato per i miei gusti, non c’era la doccia (comunque presente nel bagno al piano superiore), ma una vasca incastrata tra tre pareti che abbiamo utilizzato come doccia, in ogni caso era assolutamente funzionale. La cucina era sprovvista di stoviglie, ma poco importa perché avevamo la mezza pensione. Il primo livello era dotato di due balconcini, uno nella camera da letto vista strada, l’altro in cucina, più spazioso provvisto di stendino e un piccolo tavolino, da cui si poteva intravedere il lago di Molveno, in parte nascosto dalla struttura sita accanto all’appartamento. Al piano superiore c’erano 6 posti letto, un primo ambiente mansardato con due lettini con una spettacolare vista lago e una stanza con letto matrimoniale e altri due lettini con acceso al bagno. Attenti alla testa! Perché le travi molto belle, sono anche basse.
La cucina ottima, piatti gustosi ben presentati. Simpatico l’animatore Marco che ci accompagnava nelle passeggiate. La piscina esterna era molto suggestiva anche di sera, divanetti confortevoli su cui rilassarsi dopo cena con vista lago e montagna al crepuscolo, era il momento più rilassante della giornata.
La piscina interna è grande e provvista di un’area idromassaggio, ma avrei forse preferito una vasca separata perché la temperatura era giusta per chi voleva nuotare e divertirsi, ma stando ferma per godermi l’idromassaggio preferisco qualche grado in più. L’area bimbi ben attrezzata.
Il personale giovane, cordiale e molto empatico. Ho molto apprezzato la gentilezza infinita dei proprietari sempre presenti anche in sala.
È assolutamente una struttura che consiglio e nella quale ritornerei molto volentieri.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for three nights and were thrilled. First and foremost, the kindness and professionalism of the owners and the staff, always available and friendly, especially our waiter Valter, who served us with warmth and, above all, skill—very knowledgeable. The organization of the spaces and activities was commendable considering the season; the rooms were clean, fresh, and well-equipped. The rooms were welcoming and well-appointed. The cuisine was a true immersion in the local area: several courses, just the right amount and quality, to last you through the meal. Highly recommended for families, with a great kids' area. The spa is equally impressive: a heated and relaxing pool, perfect for the kids to play in if it rains in spring and autumn. We thank the entire Bonetti family for their work and congratulations on the business they run with love and passion. This is what you feel when you enter this hotel!

First time in Trentino

The hotel is in a great location and is very well-maintained throughout. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and had a lake view. My daughter had a blast, both in the play area and with the entertainers.

A stay fit for a king!

Of all my ski holidays, I have to say this is the one where I felt most pampered... yes, that's right, the Bonelli family and their team had that mix of courtesy and discretion that made me feel right at home. Despite its 3 stars, the hotel is of a decidedly high category, in terms of hygiene, cleanliness of the rooms, new and unique spaces. The food isn't just good...it's even better! Starting with breakfast, which is a veritable banquet, with a significantly above-average variety of sweet and savory options. There's even a juicer for making excellent multivitamin drinks made with apples and carrots, and the coffee and juices from the vending machine are decidedly good. Mid-afternoon snacks always feature cakes, cured meats, and fresh fruit. And dinner is a feast of deliciousness, with the chef going all out to serve delicious dishes, presented with exquisite care and attention to detail. The risottos are phenomenal! The meats melt in your mouth... the vegetables are so fresh. The desserts are absolutely delicious! The spa is luxurious and clean, and the pool, though small, is very nice and offers counter-current swimming as well as some really powerful hydrojets for self-massage. The gym is clean and tidy, equipped with Technogym equipment. The shuttle service, with three 9-10 seater vans, is very efficient, with the option of being dropped off at any time on the slopes. Really negligible waiting times. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff!
