Wonderful holiday

The hotel is wonderful in every way: location, services, comfort, rooms, staff. We were pampered for a week with top-notch cuisine, a spa always available, and daily entertainment and excursions perfectly organized by the entertainment staff. If you want a super vacation, choose to try this property.

4 stars are not enough

This is our third year here, and it feels like home, from the welcome from Luigi, Greta, and their father to the dining room staff, Massimo, Tatiana, and all the staff (sorry, we don't know their names, but they were all incredibly friendly and helpful), and especially Chef Tiziano. The guided tours with Valerio and Alejandra were excellent, as always, along with the wonderful hands of Luisa and Cora, who look after guests in the wellness area. The rooms are always clean, spacious and super comfortable. I still wonder what is missing to get to 5 stars, the hotel is super excellent and even if it had 5 stars it wouldn't be enough!

Stay in Fiera di Primiero

Unique experience

I loved everything about this place; I left my heart here. Valerio, a hilarious entertainer and expert in excursions, made us have a blast with his evenings with special guests. Daniel, a one-of-a-kind children's entertainer, was loving, friendly, and funny—the best! Chef Tiziano delighted us every evening with his fantastic cuisine. The staff were impeccable and friendly. We'll do it again.

An unforgettable experience

We stayed from August 5th to 12th 2023, I must say that even for the second time (the first time in 2019) it was an incredible experience. First of all, congratulations to Valerio, who organized the daily excursions with great enthusiasm and professionalism. I must say he's very knowledgeable and, above all, he taught us how to experience nature with determination, consistency, and, above all, a lot of patience (well done, Valerio). Then there's the breakfasts and lunches/dinners. Dishes are well-prepared and always delicious, offering different options every day with a wide selection and meticulous attention to portions. And what can I say about the waitresses? They're all professional, friendly, and above all, polite, accommodating to your every request. What can I say, guys? I'll definitely be back soon, and I can say with great satisfaction that you deserve it. Well done! Bye!

March vacation in Trentino

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week in March and the experience was fantastic in every way! The staff was exceptional: courteous, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. Excellent, from the reception to the overall service. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's wellness center was a true oasis of peace and relaxation, where we were able to rejuvenate our minds and bodies in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The daily aufguss is a must-see. It's beautiful and the guy is really talented. But the real surprise was the hotel's cuisine: every dish was a masterpiece of flavors and aromas, using fresh products and many homemade things (like the bread). Breakfast was plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. It's got it all and gives you just the right energy boost. Meanwhile, the afternoon snack with homemade cakes was a real treat. I really loved the chocolate fountain. It was excellent and made with high-quality chocolate. In short, I can say: our experience was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wellness experience and who loves good food but also nature because the walks they offer are truly worthwhile. We will definitely be back, and thank you so much to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and pampered.

A fairytale regenerating holiday

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel after seeing the various spa packages they offered. However, we wanted to contact the hotel directly to find something specific for us. They took care of everything and offered us a tailor-made package with everything we asked for. We were immediately impressed by their helpfulness! The holiday was truly a fairytale. We were pampered in every way and truly relaxed, even though we were only staying two nights. The spa and wellness offerings are truly excellent! Not to mention the food... sublime! For a hotel, they have a cuisine and culinary offering worthy of a high-end restaurant! From breakfast to dinner... and not to mention the afternoon snack, a real highlight! My compliments! We also took advantage of the relaxing walks offered... these were also excellent! For those of us who weren't familiar with the area, they were a great help because they lead you to discover the valley's most picturesque areas. What can I say? We were truly satisfied with everything! Even the price was reasonable for what they offer, especially since the quality of their services is truly top-notch! We will be back and definitely recommend it.

From God

We've been wanting to write this for days. We found the hotel to be in a beautiful, central location. The staff were highly qualified and extremely kind, the rooms were clean, and the relaxation area and pool were well-organized. Our guides, Luigi and Emanuele, were excellent and knowledgeable. Voting and advice

What can you say about a place where the customer is treated like a friend? This is my third time there and I'll definitely be back. From the owners to all the staff, and when I say all I really mean all, always smiling, available, in short, the most a customer could ask for. The chef is truly skilled in both flavors and presentation, all desserts, jams, etc. are made by the chef.
