Carefree vacation

The hotel's strategic location (not even a minute's walk from the town center, yet on a quiet street just steps from trails and ski lifts) with views of the Pale di San Martino, the warm and familiar yet professional atmosphere, the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and the excellent food for breakfast and dinner are the hotel's strong points. The idea of a walk for guests to the family farm with a lunch of traditional products is a lovely one. Excellent value.

Great hotel! Recommended!

The location is great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere is very friendly and professional! They recommend excursions, and the rooms are spotlessly clean! I highly recommend it!

Everything perfect

Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast and dinner. Very convenient location, 300 meters from the Col Verde ski lifts and less than 1 km from the Tognola ski lift. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and Mrs. Roberta is also very attentive to all the guests' needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice, to be repeated

The location is exceptional: just steps from the center and Pra delle Nasse. The walk-in closet (in addition to the wardrobe) is very convenient for storing mountain gear. The food is excellent, with quality breakfast products. Last but not least, the staff at both the reception and restaurant are courteous and helpful.

Hotel Panorama: just like being at home!

Roberta and Michele will make you feel right at home: always kind and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Their organized excursion to their cabin on Wednesdays is a must-do; it's truly a wonderful experience! The breakfast is varied and complete, and the food is excellent! Reception

One of the Panorama Hotel's strengths is its hospitality. You're welcomed into a large family. Every member of the family contributes to making your stay unforgettable. You can enjoy excellent food prepared by Michele (owner Roberta's husband), go on beautiful hikes (snowshoeing in the winter) with Dario (Roberta's father), or participate in a Burraco tournament with Daria, Dario's wife. A traditional lunch in the family cabin is a must, where the excellent food is complemented by breathtaking views and folk songs. The hotel is also excellent for its location and cleanliness, suitable for everyone. I recommend it.

Professionalism and kindness

At the Panorama Hotel, you'll feel a family atmosphere, yet at the same time, a sense of professionalism and dedication. Stunning views of the Pale di San Martino. Feeling at home

The Panorama Hotel was our home away from home for a wonderful week exploring the Primiero Valley trails. I'm deeply grateful to the owners for their thoughtfulness and for making us feel at home. I was always able to enjoy the gluten-free menu, while still sampling the area's traditional dishes with a modern twist. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the Pale di San Martino, and the bathroom was clean and new. The owners were also available to offer advice on excursions and to purchase authentic products. Highly recommended.

Exceptional!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, where we stayed for six years and are delighted to return. The hospitality, courtesy, and attentive service of Mrs. Roberta and the entire staff make you feel right at home. Excellent cuisine and an exceptional location beneath the Pale di San Martino mountains. An experience not to be missed is a day at their cabin with an exceptional meal. Highly recommended.

A wonderful family

I stayed for a week at the Hotel Panorama, a beautiful place surrounded by the Pale di San Martino. I had a wonderful time, ate many local specialties, excellent, well-prepared, delicious, and tasty dishes, and had a beautiful, spacious room with a breathtaking view. The staff was so kind, and I especially want to compliment Mrs. Roberta and the entire family. They are wonderful people, always available. I felt at home and part of a big family. Thanks to Dario and Daria, fantastic people, for the service they provide to guests who are accompanied on a weekly excursion. I had a wonderful day with you and felt all the sensations the mountains offer. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and pleasant holiday

The friendliness and kindness of the staff helped make our stay in San Martino di Castrozza more welcoming and enjoyable. The triple room we were assigned was very spacious, equipped with a wardrobe and large, comfortable beds for a deep rest after strenuous hikes. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The hotel's location was central to the walking trails and the town, yet not disturbed by traffic. A covered garage is available. Dinner and breakfast were varied, with generous portions for all tastes, and the staff were attentive to our every need. We enjoyed the traditional dinner, which allowed us to sample typical Trentino dishes. We were unable to take advantage of the wellness services and organized excursions due to lack of time and fitness. A place we will definitely return to.
