The real mountain in comfort

A few days, but very pleasant. Excellent hospitality, location, and comfortable room, quality meals, and cleanliness. You can even bring your dog to a private veranda for meals without even asking (this courtesy was much appreciated). Cleanliness, and a lovely pool and relaxation area. We'll definitely be back.

Great experience

A very beautiful hotel in a strategic location, both for its scenic views and as a starting point for numerous hikes. The charming little church next door is also worth a visit. The hotel is small but offers numerous amenities: a beautiful pool with solarium, a small spa, a beauty center with numerous treatments, a small outdoor lounge with a splendid view of the valley, a playroom for children, and a small but well-equipped gym. The bar staff were very knowledgeable, making excellent cocktails, and above all, a talented chef who delighted us every evening with his creations. The minimarket, practically inside the hotel, was very convenient, and you can order sandwiches for your hikes (excellent and reasonably priced). Friendly staff.

Family atmosphere, enchanted valley

Although short, my stay was pleasant and welcoming. The valley is enchanting, the hotel has a warm, family atmosphere, is clean, and the wellness area is excellent. It's a shame about the few annoying flies in the rooms. The owner is respectful and very helpful.

Stay in Riva

Like last year, we had a wonderful time! Excellent location, helpfulness, courtesy, cleanliness. Excellent local cuisine and vegan upon request, truly super. And our dogs had a great time too. Very good value for money.

Recommended, will return!

Excellent hotel in a stunning location just steps from the woods. Numerous trails start from there, and the view from the hotel is worth it! The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent and high-quality. Breakfast was my favorite, from fresh fruit to yogurt, fresh berries, pastries, cakes, juices, cured meats, and more. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The wellness center is small, perhaps a little crowded in August. We'll definitely return, hoping for good weather!

Hotel in a panoramic position

The owner is very friendly and professional, the hotel has a predominantly German clientele, and the staff are very friendly and playful. The food, from breakfast to dinner, was excellent. Riva di Tures is a natural spectacle in the snow, and the cross-country trails are always perfect.

Enchanting

My husband and I stayed at this charming hotel seeking tranquility. Beyond that, we found a truly pleasant, intimate, and tastefully curated Tyrolean-style atmosphere, down to the smallest details. The newer rooms, always tastefully and elegantly furnished, are definitely above their category. The cuisine and service were excellent (the dinner was impeccable, as was the breakfast, offering a wide variety of products, as well as the afternoon snack of fruit and cakes). The restaurant hall was truly enchanting, with a splendid panoramic view. The library room was intimate, as was the bar... and the wellness area completed the picture. The Bergers truly pay special attention to their guests' hospitality, which, as far as we're concerned, was fully realized. The helpfulness, along with the professionalism, of the Berger family make this hotel a destination we will definitely return to.

Satisfactory motorcycle stay

The hospitality was exquisite, the cleanliness excellent. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, as was the choice of ingredients. The afternoon dessert buffet was appreciated. We will try to come back as soon as possible.

Excellent choice

The hotel is in an enviable location, overlooking the valley, near a pretty little church. The facility has good recreational spaces, excellent rooms, and no less so the high quality of the restaurant menus. How excellent was the exquisite welcome from the Bergers.

Superlative!

The hotel is situated in a stunning location: it offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, conveying a truly unique sense of peace and tranquility. It also features numerous amenities (a swimming pool, a solarium with loungers and umbrellas, a sauna, and much more) that set it apart from its category. The rooms are comfortable, bright, quiet, and above all, very clean. All the staff are impeccable, extremely kind, always available to answer any questions, and at the same time are professional and courteous. The restaurant service deserves special mention: the cuisine is excellent, often featuring local products, the menu selection is always extensive, and the portions are generous, even for those who desire seconds; the wine list is also noteworthy. The breakfast buffet is also very generous, offering sweet and savory options, fruit, and hot dishes with eggs are available upon request. Kudos to Mrs. Berger, who with her dedication and professionalism makes your holiday an unforgettable experience, one to repeat!
