Relaxing holiday

Excellent hotel, very well-maintained and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Excellent cappuccino. Dinner was always varied and delicious. The room and bathroom were large, clean, and welcoming. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful.

Stay in the Aurina Valley

A special kind of break

The scent in the room immediately reminded me of my childhood – holidays in the mountains. The ambiance, a successful combination of old and new, the warmth of the entire team (replying emails – reception – restaurant with kitchen and service – room service – check-out – and all the unseen details), the location, the value for money, and the information provided for inquiries, hikes, etc. We will definitely come back because of "BERGLAND".

Great food, cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive service.

Simply a wonderful, relaxing stay in a personally run hotel; where everything was perfect, from breakfast to the varied dinners – the owner himself is a fantastic cook. Something you don't often find in this category: a welcoming, spacious pool with a whirlpool, along with a sauna area; and – how convenient – you can take the elevator directly down from your room on the top floor to this area, without having to climb any stairs – brilliant! As a reward for choosing this location, we also enjoyed 14 days of sunshine without a single cloud in the sky. Hikers and e-bike riders, what more could you want? Highly recommended!

Excellent service

Lovely hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. Very friendly owners with a warm heart. Excellent cuisine. The chef managed to cook everything to perfection even with a large group. Beautiful wellness!

Fantastic

Stayed a week in August. Typical Tyrolean hotel, spacious and very clean room and bathroom, generous breakfast, and excellent dinner. Excellent wellness area with pool, sauna, Turkish bath, infrared cabin, and hydrojet bed (fantastic). Just steps from the ski lift. Thanks again to the Crazzolara family and all the staff.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in September with part of my family, in the family room (living room, large bathroom, two bedrooms). We had a wonderful time. We've stayed at this property before, most recently five years ago, and we're always happy to return. We love the ambiance, the food, and above all, the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff, who are always available to answer any questions.

Winter magic at Hotel Bergland

It was a fantastic holiday with plenty of snow and sunshine. The hotel is an oasis, very family-run and lovingly managed. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. Everything is perfect, from the lighting to the comfortable mattresses. The spa area is extremely attractive and very well-maintained; here you can relax your tired muscles and unwind after a strenuous day of skiing. The breakfast buffet is very generous, and the dinner, with salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert, is incredibly delicious. The Tyrolean evening with music and local dishes perfectly rounds off the holiday experience. The hotel staff is outstanding, and the service—especially Sophie—is impeccable and incredibly friendly. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would love to come back again! Greetings from the three Hamburgers in the cold north!
